As you are a real estate agent I am certain that you do a lot of education on the issue of having a pools gated. My son just bought a home in Gilbert as as investment with a beautiful backyard pool and no fence. It was obviously intended to be used by adults the way the pool and patio was designed. The first thing that he is going to do before he even thinks of renting it out is to install a high latched fence around the pool. It will detract from the beauty but may save a life.
